The Lancashire & Cheshire Photographic Union was formed on the 9th October 1905, and at the time was the largest organisation of photographic societies in the world.

Today there are 102 Societies with a total membership of around 3,500 photographers.
 
 
The Photographic Alliance of Breat Britain is an organisation that co-ordinates specific activities for photographic clubs in England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland.
 

Anyone can join - all you need is an interest in photography.
